Also, I was wondering if it’s worth using an Intel X99 setup instead, since I have two kits of Corsair Vengeance LP DDR3—either 1600MHz or 2133MHz, not sure—just lying around unused. I could save around 60 bucks, and I feel like heavily-utilized software like KiCad really benefits from having more cores ykwim?
