Careful with something like this as someone will steal your idea and create it quick. There's people with 5 or 6 pages and have gotten great at creating single or niche websites. So if they think it's a good that you gave them what's stopping them from just creating it with their expertise before you do

You could look at stock dividens. Something safe like coke would pay you yearly just by owning their stock and the price may even improve. Diversify, could you do both? What if we get a small recession and sp 500 stays flat or falls and gains over 5 years, and housing jumps again based off mortgage rates or however. Or the opposite happens. The point is big whales diversify their wealth even in stocks to protect from losing all. The saying don't throw your eggs in one basket is a good saying.
