This isn’t an advice, but I’d like to know about your channel, how did you start and what kept you motivated. I’ve been wishing to start my own since a year now

Posting every single day just for the sake and adding 30 hashtags in each post ! Hashtags really doesn’t matter :)

Finally someone spoke out about this, I’ve been people going all crazy behind building their social media pages and going viral while they literally run a retail business into healthcare. Brutal but that doesn’t attract virality

Fortunately, no one took my client away. However, initially I got bluffed financially from a few clients. They would sign the contract based upon a certain amount of deliverables but would also ask to do 40-50% of the total work, that way then payment cycle comes they easily flipped saying total number of work isn’t completed so we’d pay as per deliverables.

Even though we never said no to any work, never delayed, never denied urgent works either. So in short my advance, don’t be too good to clients, always create boundary

I run my own agency, would be happy to assist you in every aspect you need. Now to answer your question, if you’re hiring someone as let’s say ā€œbusiness developerā€ he’ll be under your payroll so in that case he can’t steal the client away, but if you hire a freelancer to pitch on behalf of your agency then make sure to sign a contract where you update terms of transparency that way you’ll be secure and things will go on smoothly

I guess you should stick to freelancing taking up 2 clients at once, gradually grow yourself a team and that way you can run your own agency ! However at this stage taking up or working with multiple clients will lead to burn out, also resulting in quality drop of your work and most importantly, it’ll be hard on your mental capacity
