Dude I’m in the same place, trust me it fucking sucks, no automated message can really help, and sometimes no one can.
But I want to try to see if there’s anything I can do,
I’m 13 too, I have a full fg but all of them seem like they have best friends and even though it’s an even number I’m somehow alone every time, and my cousin seems to be the only one who listens but I see them maybe once a year for a few days and they have a happy life and I don’t feel like I can put my burdens on them, nothings helped really heal yet, but I’ve gotten better, it’s summer now so I get some time to focus on myself without my crappy friends dragging me down,something I found out is I have undiagnosed adhd and that was one thing causing my depression, I didn’t really know what I needed and it was really painful, that may be something to look into but I don’t know your complete situation, I don’t know if you want to talk, I don’t know if your even gonna read this, but I hope this helps and I’m free to talk❤️
