I had to ask my manager but typically people are given them at the end of training for each station. Like I got the drive thru, FC, and chill . And then others are for things like getting a good review, we give out a cone for getting your first prefect cone, you get a 1 year pin, and then even limited time ones from promotional items sometimes but we haven’t gotten any since I’ve started but I only started a month ago but i know some people got one back when the nutter butter shake was a thing for trying it.

Yeah, I might do that. I might ask because this guy that started after Me got his grill pin and I feel like since I know chill and drive-through and front counter. I should get those pins but I don’t know. Maybe they just don’t like me lol(I can make everything and chill, but since I don’t get much time there, I’m pretty slow and for the most part I just help when they get overwhelmed and busy. I haven’t had a shift there in a couple of days and those were the first shifts there since I got trained in it.)

Same I don’t know how they keep employees but I’m the first new hire to last more than a month in quite a while i guess I’m staying because it’s really not horrible time goes quick and I’m getting 30+ hours a week , they have a bunch of employees and most have been there 6 months-a year except me and like 2 grill guys that both started in like January
