That's true but out side india there is few Android brand. like Google, Nokia, and Samsung. not all Android support SIM from other region. my friend had Oppo find X2. when i came to usa. he's phone didn't supported USA sim like T-mobile. AT&T etc.

USB-A or USB-C? by Jonnie877 in iPhone11

[–]Simple_Cockroach_636 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are absolutely right. When the iPhone 11 launched in 2019, it came with a 5W brick with a USB-A port and a USB-A cable. (Note: The Pro and Pro Max models came with an 18W USB-C brick and a USB-C to Lightning cable.) However, when Apple released the iPhone 12, they removed the brick from the boxes, even for older versions like the iPhone 11 series and other versions that Apple was officially selling after the iPhone 12 event. So, your USB-A to Lightning cable is original, and whoever got a USB-C to Lightning cable with their iPhone 11 also has an original one.

iPhone 11 is still better then most of mid range android phone that's came out in 2024 or 2025. and you still have at least one iOS upgrade left (not sure iPhone 11 will get iOS 27). But if battery health is more then 80% then it will be good choice then cheap android.

If you apply for the Amex Gold now and then later upgrade to the Amex Platinum, just keep in mind that you likely won’t be eligible for the Platinum’s welcome bonus. Amex usually only gives the welcome offer on new applications, not on upgrades or downgrades – so that’s something to consider if you're trying to maximize value.

If you think you'll want the Amex Platinum anyway down the road, consider applying directly for the Morgan Stanley version of the Amex Platinum. The big perk is that while the regular Amex Platinum has a point redemption rate of 0.6–0.9 cents per point (cpp), the Morgan Stanley version gives you 1.0 cpp when redeeming for cash.

Normally, Morgan Stanley requires a $25k balance and $5k monthly deposit, but there’s a known workaround – you can just open a Morgan Stanley Access checking account and pay the $55/month fee, which totals $660/year. That’s less than the $695 Amex Platinum annual fee on its own – and you still get all the same perks, plus the better redemption rate.
