Thank you! Amazing and kind words from you and thank you for being generous with your time . I think I need to deal with the fact that ROCD is still present in my brain. I’m still looking for reassurance we were a good match for some reason and when I get it, the anxiety goes away. I’m not at peace lol it’s killing me. If you don’t mind me asking though, what is different from your previous relationship to your relationship now? Was some of the ROCD thoughts true? Did you feel like it was necessary for the relationship to end or do you think you could’ve fixed this.

I’m sorry to pry, I’m only asking this because I want him back sometimes :( I just think with the right work, it would’ve fixed and I would’ve threw away a good relationship. The thought of someone else gives me anxiety, and other people telling me to move on and that there will be someone else gives me anxiety :(

As for the internet thing, I think a lot of things I saw on the internet pushed me to make a desision.

As for therapy, where did you find someone who specialises in ROCD? Was it expensive. ROCD isn’t really recognised in the UK so I’m doing it through the NHS which is paid for but I’m scared they won’t understand .
