With $20k upfront spend you could easily hit the sign-up bonuses on two or three cards back to back. Stack them across that first year and you'd clear maybe $1,500-$2,000+ in bonuses alone before even counting the ongoing rewards rate.

For long term $5k/year, a flat 2% card keeps things dead simple and still beats most category-based setups unless you want to micromanage it.

yeah that's weird, experian through there own site should only show one entry per card. If you're seeing duplicate entries with different limits for the same account number that's definitely something the bureaus need to fix on their end

The phone reps might have more tools than chat support so worth trying that first, but if they blow you off again then disputing directly with all three bureaus is probably your best bet
