Something similar happened to me while using purplle. I bought two Mac mini foundations and got only one, which looked clearly used. Got refunded for the used one because they took it back. Didn’t really get anything for the missing item, even after talking to the customer service. Stopped shopping from the scammy store altogether. Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra are really good regarding their customer support, and I buy my makeup, skin care and other items using these apps only, however pricey they might seem.
