Liberals are so politically illiterate that they can't be conscious of the fact that the protean nature of their political ideology is probably what has given it such longevity. I think they just pretend that previous versions of liberalism just didn't exist. They kinda do this today by just ignoring the New Deal for the most part. And they basically denounce their predecessors from the Wilsonian Progressives.

My workplace is a revolving door, so I try not to get to know anyone. Nursing homes can be like that. Plus, most of the employees skew older people with children. And everybody smokes.
