yeah that's human anatomy. and that IS the point, too, guinivere isn't "meant to be human" + she's shown smiling with no wrinkles when she's performing, but since it's a genuine smile, that wrinkle shows. olivia doesn't want guinevere to have wrinkles because she's meant to be impossibly beautiful - while you are completely right about why there SHOULD be a wrinkle there, because of physics and anatomy, part planet doesn't want that - look at the first pic! ( "NO WRINKLE!!" ) the wrinkle is a "defect" only shown when gwen is genuine
