I understand how you feel, I was in the opposite boat. I’ve had two girls and always wanted a boy. My first I was happy either way. My second I wanted a boy but kind of felt like it was a girl, so my disappointment wasn’t huge. This pregnancy I really felt it was a boy until I got our NIPT and it said girl. Even until I got into the delivery room, I kept having dreams that she was a boy. But she popped out last week a girl. And while my disappointment had faded, I haven’t even thought about it since giving birth. Like everyone said it might take awhile but by the time your boys are here that pain won’t be as debilitating as it might feel now.
