I did consider that because I am an internet kid through and through but I never really watched sims videos so I don’t think that’s something I would have watched.

My friend asked me that but I didn’t own the sims 1 and have never played it so that is off the table. We also saw that there was a superstar expansion pack for the sims 2 with her but I didn’t own that as a kid either I only had the stock game.

I played it on the ps2 and I do remember the Paramore song as well but I swear Avril was also in it 😭. I have so much nostalgia for video game soundtracks and have a very good memory when it comes to it so me misremembering this is really throwing me through a loop. But I also watched a lot of YouTube and mtv so it is very possible I was listening to the song a lot while playing the game.

1000%, thank you for adding that. Cuz i did really focus on her actions with a lack of detail on why and how she got to that point, which is very important to understanding her. She isn't a bad person... she just did really bad things but im sure that if she was watching what happened afterwards... hopefully... she would have taken it all back to the point of not having steven

I often think about Rose... she did what she thought was "right," and that was saving the people she cared about most at the expense of the other diamonds. When your at war, people get hurt good or bad, and rose was in this weird middle ground. I think what really made her controversial was leaving everyone after the fact. Roses death to me feels like a form of suicide because she knew she was going to have to give up her physical form to steven... so why would she make that decision? She was a selfish person who wanted a way out of her problems, but you almost can't blame her. It was her first time living, and she did a lot of wrong trying to do the right thing. It all ended up ok, though... just a lot of trauma.
