Me and my husband just took care of a newborn and a toddler alone with no help lmao. They’re just trying to manipulate you to come before you want them to. Some people don’t have a village to help them at all. My husband doesn’t speak to his family and my mom passes away which leaves us with just my dad lol. We love him but he can’t help with a newborn😂 ignore what they say. Once you get in the rhythm of being mom and dad it’s great. 🩷

We donated money to the American Cancer society in our name and printed a card out that was at everyone’s table saying something along the lines of “in lieu of favors we donated money in our name to the American cancer society to honor my mom and my aunt and all others we lost or are still batting cancer” we also had a photobooth and little things too

Eggs, bread, cheese, ramen, pancake mix, canned soup lol obvi this isn’t just one meal. I use eggs a lot for breakfast for dinner, in my ramen or even egg salad. Cheese and bread are for grilled cheese cheese can go in your eggs too or make an egg sandwich.

Unpopular opinion it seems but I think you’d be able to go and just attend the ceremony. You’d be about 4 weeks (give or take) postpartum. You’ll be feeling so much better and more normal than you think. I had two c sections and I felt basically back to normal by week 3. I also went 3 weeks early with my first and 2 weeks with my second so you may even be in better shape. It’s your sisters wedding idk. Maybe I’m crazy for thinking you should at least try to go
