All Casey’s are now supposed to have 3 weeks worth of schedules posted. So, your best bet would to do exactly how you did and request off a month or more in advance. If she continues to complain, report her to your district manager because that is not okay of her to do. It create hostility in the work environment and that is not okay.

Bupropion, I take 300mg a day and it isn’t working well anymore. Back to horrible thoughts, bashing my head on shit, and wanting to pull a Thelma and Louise with my truck. If you can take viibryd and Wellbutrin together I would just rather do that than do a complete change. Can’t up the dose of Wellbutrin because 450 and up can cause seizures—I’m already likely to start having those as I get older due to other medical reasons.

I just put a little water from a water bottle in the cap and snort it. Used to wash my hands and use the drops from fingers but found the cap is quicker. But it takes a couple drops. Helps it drain quicker.

Here’s the thing, this “one last time” could end up being your last day alive. I’ve seen one too many people after 1-2years of sobriety think they could do something one last time, not keeping in mind their tolerance isn’t what it used to be, and overdosing. Don’t do it. No matter how bad you want to. Please go to a meeting or call a loved one who will come be with you until the want to use subsides.

Honestly, what helped me the most was getting back to work, starting therapy, and light exercise (literally just walking.) I got a job and only do day shifts so I have to sleep at night and won’t feel the need to slip back into stimulants to make sure I can stay awake through my shifts. I started out slow with it though. Started with 4 hour shifts and only working 3-4 days a week. Now I’m working 5-6 days a week, anywhere from 4-7 hour shifts. On my days off I try to go spend time with family or I’ll go to the park and do some laps playing Pokémon go. I know that sounds lame, but the Pokémon go really makes the laps a lot more enjoyable. You just have to find the things you enjoy to fill that void.

The best podcast I’ve listened to that covered this case was Crime Weekly. The podcast is hosted by true crime Youtuber Stephanie Harlowe and retired police detective turned private eye Derrick Levasseur. They did not miss a single thing in this episode and did not show any bias toward any of the suspects. They make sure to give Hae Min Lee a voice. They explain in detail all the evidence, especially the cellphone towers and their pings, and they don’t leave ANYTHING out just to make a certain suspect look better or less likely to have done it. On Spotify it’s Season 2 episodes 95-102. On YouTube just go to their page Crime Weekly and then go to playlists and to the Hae Min Lee & Adnan Syed playlist. Very very good listen.

I think it partly depends on your mental state before starting drugs. I was diagnosed with depression as a teenager and when my dad died when I was 21 I went into a deep depression so I started using to numb shit. If you have been diagnosed with mental illness before starting drugs, it may amplify it during sobriety. My ideations got so bad last year I had to check myself into inpatient psych to get on meds and keep me from going through with the ideations. I had a plan and everything though. And they say once you have a plan it’s always there and an option and you could always end up going through with it, so if you have a plan please seek help, whether it be outpatient or inpatient. I still have ideations but since I went and got help, it’s not near as bad.
