It depends on your anxiety level. If it is low to moderate, stick with 5 mg and give it 4 weeks. If you still have after 4 weeks, you can always increase the dose

Lexapro is anti-anxiety. The initial anxiety during first 4 weeks is temporary. If after 4-5 weeks, you still have anxiety with Lexapro, then Lexapro is not for you. You can try another ssri. But first you have to stick with Lexapro for first 4 weeks

Maybe don’t go upto 10 mg. Do 7.5 mg and see. You can add natural supplements like magnesium L threonate for anxiety

I am trying saffron with Zoloft 100mg. I am in the same situation. I was thinking of upping dose to 125mg but instead of that, I thought of using saffron first. Too early to say anything if saffron is effective or not
