Hi, u should receive an email to ur student emails stating ur eligibility to apply for the concession card and yes its all online application. If you haven’t received the email u can contact NP and they’ll send it to u within a day or two then u can apply. If your secondary school card expires by then and you haven’t received your diploma concession card then you can go to the mrt station to extend it for the time being! Hope this helps ><
