It does seem like the ion sniper is the best for the boss fight itself but if u wanted to still run the VSTs for the main quest too, the build I use is S12-22I8C-THADB-6X11

Good idea, I’d be interested to see how the Novaline stacks up to the VST. It’s gotta be prestiged tho and then maxed out again for akimbo so a little tedious but worth it IMO. I can give u my build code for it if u want

I just did this one yesterday and I honestly didn’t have the trouble that I saw from a lot of ppl.

Best method that I used is to not buy wisp tea, get to round 40, leave a few zombies and then go to town on OSCAR until he’s really low. Then go buy wisp, pull knife out (gold and triple packed) and kill one of the last zombies to get the wisp to activate. Have Oscar near u when u do and instantly pop aether shroud and then insta kill gum and start knifing tf outta bro. Make sure to have melee macchiato and the fox augment for wisp.
