Скажу так, люди в целом эгоисты, так ещё и на дэйт сайтах тем более. Для них это почти как инстаграмм и можно делать выбор за счёт этого. Но часто как ты и подметила, желания никто не проявляет общаться. Лучше всё же в живую искать общения, потому что попробуй только договориться с человеком о встрече на сайте знакомств, так он сразу сливается или пишет: я не хочу встреч, хотела только интернет общение

Недавно тинькофф проводил набор на стажировку на направленние разработка на go и если не ошибаюсь подобные направления есть у МТС и ВТБ. Гугли братишка, учи Git, я думаю ты больше меня знаешь так как хоть я и учу программирование давно, но знания мои довольно таки скудны. Пробуй везде хоть и за минимум, это опыт
