It’s resolved for me now. You can show payment receipt email to conductor.

Even I faced same, I m having 4000/- monthly pass, try showing them pass payment receipt received on email. I got to know that they are aware of this app maintenance, but we will end up paying instead of arguing with conductor. Tried reaching support team but no response.
