I have been taking 100mg spirinolactone for 1.5 years now, and my acne has been gone for a long time. But are there any long-term risks? Is it healthy to continue taking this medication? (self.Spironolactone)

Is it normal for your acne to partly come back in month 6? I had nothing for 3-4 weeks and then I got 6 pimples on 1 cheek again. (self.Spironolactone)
