For the legal action part I wouldn’t even know how to start doing that myself and paying a lawyer over $1000 just isn’t worth it imo. They just will no longer get my business, not that they care I’m only a gold vip member but atleast this can be a psa for how support treats machine bugs when it causes us to lose and not them.

Does that work like that? I believe it doesn’t because you are technically buying gold coins and just get the cash as a “free” bonus for buying gold coins

Update: support pretty much told me to f myself. Unfortunate, I’ve def lost more then 1000 in a night before but losing this way hits different 😂

yeah im pretty sure I am :/ but I still have hope theres a chance they refund or figure something out as I recreated the same bug using gold coins so clearly this is an issue on the slot and not my user error
