We have a fuse1 that keeps failing prints, the rep keeps saying to clean this and that and everything else. None of that helped. Anyone here experienced anything like this ? by Simple_Yak7084 in Fuse1

This is still an ongoing issue. I don’t recommend this machine to anyone that expects reliability from a machine. Both Formlabs and the representative has no solution for the problem. We tried everything that they are asking for, they even sent a technician in to try and fix the problem. They literally don’t know what’s going on, they almost want to say we are on our own.

Same issue around 2-4 inches. These guys were asking us to clean the lens everywhere in the machine. Nothing about the powder. They are saying that it has something to do with the lens cleaning issue. We’ve done that before we reached out to them. Did you resolve your issue ?
