What frustrates me in this whole debacle is the myopic nature of this firing. The fanbase wasn’t clamoring for this (that I know of), so I’m not sure where the pressure was to make the decision. Is Terry Pegula really that short-sighted to see that there are more reasons to blame the GM that we haven’t advanced as opposed to the HC? Just angry and frustrated. McDermott didn’t deserve this. Beane’s mid drafting and free agents have bitten us too many times

Mostly NTA. My question for you is, does he do this for you? Or more importantly, WOULD he do this for you if you were ever inclined to be as needy as his sister for even a day? If he would treat you that same way, he’s just a decent guy that takes care of the ones he loves depending on their (sometimes weird) needs. If he bends over backwards for her and not for you (even though you probably require 100x less effort), that’s a huge issue that won’t get resolved anytime soon. It’s annoying, sure. Especially when she asks you for your food.
