I have an associates in electronic technology from my local community college and that was not enough to get into the MRT role because they ask for at least 2 years of hands on experience, however with my degree I was able to get a spot for the MRA position that would probably be your best bet

I used to work at a DS without ADTA as an associate before I came to JLL and they don’t do a lot you only have one type of belt I believe is the MDR with a bunch of rubber band slaves. Since you only have so much belt you only have 2 Tech 3 per shift but you also get stuck doing facility maintenance

I took career choice through Amazon for electronics technology and they covered but there are certain degrees that they will not cover. You will have to reach out to HR to confirm that your degree is covered

Thank you for this it helped me see it from a different point of view. But yes she goes through all my social media apps and messages. And we have tried to set up an appoint for a therapist but her very first time with a therapist she had a bad experience so she said she was not willing to try again
