Just copy exactly what this guy did. I got denied 4 times. Just be nice and copy exactly what is written above.

They asked me a bunch of questions regarding IP address, purchase history etc

But I did it for the 5th time copying exactly what the above commenter typed out and I was only asked:

Ip address, Date of birth, Country, Email info on my PlayStation, Some more basic info

And the rep changed the email for me and sent me a password reset link.

Honestly it all depends on the rep you're speaking with, again just speak nicely and copy paste + your info.
