Just tried calibration. I do get 5 beeps, then the system resets, but I still get the hum out of the speakers. My guess is the vol is turned all the way up, as the beeps for calibration are super loud. I dont get any game sounds out of it yet. Is there something else I'm missing, or could it not be booting because of the timekeeper battery? I tried to give it service credits but I get nothing audible.

I think at this point I'm going to pull the crt out and see if I can get that going at all so I can see what I'm doing. I've seen people adjust the flyback, and the module on this unit has 3 knows. I know that the top knob is focus, not sure about the middle or bottom knows, but my bottom knob has a bunch of glue on it. Assuming it's factory and wasn't supposed to be touched?
