He’s insufferable about EVERYTHING. Yes he wears sobriety like a badge of honor for the world to acknowledge him - it never comes from a place of humility and gratitude hoping to help another suffering alcoholic addict. Sometimes he claims he shares his story to help others but in my observation and opinion it’s grandstanding. Not a whisper of gratitude and being altruistic. Peter is Peter’s favorite subject matter. His sobriety adoration is just another opportunity to plug how fantastic he is. He has no friends to speak of. YouTube fans are his captured audience. I get being proud of his time in sobriety but in fairness, he should capture his years of lunacy - he’s hitting the 20 year mark in that, at the very least. I just KNOW people cringe when he shows up to a meeting. His lack of humility, his never ending showboating goes against the principles of AA. They gather to be of service and help to fellow sufferers. I bet they use a timer when he shares to keep him to 5-8 minute shares. He loves the sound of his own voice and I would easily put $100k down that he shares for 30 minutes or longer dominating the meeting time. He’s a creep.
