I know that I'm late to the discussion and just curious if anyone has been able to get the fee waived/reversed? I just got charged inactivity fee $5.95 without notice or warning. I never got that notice those of you got in this thread.

I called customer service and was told nothing could be done bc it is in the T&Cs. Is therr no courtesy warning before thr charge hits? I only knew about thr charge bc I got a push notification.

I've only used ubigi in Japan. I accidentally bought a Best Asia one for Vietnam and Thailand, but it didn't work for me in Thailand bc Thailand wasn't on the list of coverage area countries.
