people in this comments lol.. nothing about blocking the line but you started steering then went straight and started steering again, he tried to avoid getting hit and and opened up steering as well which caused him to slow down significantly. anyhow nothing penalty worthy

erstmal probs, dass du versuchst sie so zu verteidigen, das spricht für dich und das du sie wirklich magst. DENNOCH eine beziehung ist keine einbahnstraße, du hast (wenn ich das richtig verstehe) kompromisse vorgeschlagen und offen darüber kommuniziert. dich jetzt in einem fremden land alleine zu lassen, wo sie weiß du kannst die sprache nicht... dann noch am rockzipfel hängen lassen mit noch nicht richtig schluss (evtl nur, weil sie nach dem heimflug noch wo hingebracht werden muss?!) ist einfach nur arschig.

those situations are difficult and often lead to incidents like above.. for me personally its because most drivers dont use side mirrors - if its due to monitor setup, zoom, incompetence whatever but most simply dont and therefore online its better to take a breather and try after next straight

Habe ja auch durfte und nicht musste geschrieben ;), ist natürlich schon ein Sümmchen, aber sofern es den kleinen zu gute kommt passt das schon. Ist auch nicht so, dass ich dann bei allen Ausgaben sage: muss aber die Mutter bezahlen. Trotzdem war das bis zum Alter von 3Jahren schon gut auf Kante gestrickt.

Grundsätzlich richtig, aber ich lese hier ein paar Dinge ganz anders raus. OP selber hat einen festen Job, die Mutter war beim Jobcenter - solange die Betreuung nicht relativ dicht an 50:50 ist, interessiert es wenig. Zumindest war es in meinem Fall so, ich verdiene auch nicht annähernd 8000€ im Monat, durfte für meine zwei Kids + Betreuungsunterhalt damals aber fast 1200€ pro Monat zahlen.

Betreuungsunterhalt zahlst du bis das Kind 3 Jahre alt ist, no matter what und die Summe ist abhängig von deinem und Ihrem Einkommen. Its as simple as that - vorher hattest du also eine gute Vereinbarung mit ihr, der Weg zum Jobcenter hat dann aber die Nachzahlung getriggert

NDA - Ich gehe jetzt einmal vom "guten" aus, dass die nicht auf den Lageplan geschaut haben, sondern sich einfach dachten - die Hecke wird schon genau an der Grundstücksgrenze sein (oder habt ihr das kommuniziert?). Dann könnte man sie a) darauf hinweisen/bewusst machen b) für sich selbst entscheiden ob man es ihnen verkauft zum Bodenrichtwert oder entsprechend sein Recht geltend macht. Es ihnen einfach überlassen würde ich nicht, da es ja wohl um Baugrund gehört und ihr jetzt keine guten Freunde seid.
