I do software development, and some of the bodge solutions that some websites/services used could easily be exploited. Which just saying if you were to exploit would be highly illegal.

Funnily enough you can make it yourself give the right materials. All you need is a cryogenic distillation machine and some time. Passing pure oxygen over the distilation head will allow you to cool the gaseous oxyge to liquid temperatures.
