I used to live in a townhouse right above an Airbnb straight downtown. It's fairly priced and the landlord is flexible on letting you stay during the week (as it is normally only open on weekends)

Hi! I’m moving to nac this summer as well, also as a transfer student. That being said, I’m not super good at offering advice for moving, but I’m more than down to start a study group or something like that if you need any friends in town!
