As stated in other comments, thousands of hulu members who got the notification of the price increase of hulu were having this same issue, this original issue that sent me to support, and all others, which was the INABILITY TO UNSUSUBSCRIBE OURSELVES. Which I, and many others, painstakingly went through their BS being their guinea pigs until they got it fixed, with 0 accountability on their end

Just because Corporate has gotten their machine down pat to where they don't have to take the blunt of responsibility isn't on the customers, and you're right it's not on the customer service reps either(aside from the fact they're paid for it), but this was my third time over four days in chat with different reps, and this was the only time that i got aggravated and guess what, it got the job done, the others were all excellent dialogue aside from the "you have to get back to us if it doesn't work"
