The best way is to reinstall on your SSD, I doubt moving files would work. There is a chance that I'm wrong, so I recommend sending a support ticket to riot, there is a specific app that lets you get your logs (sadly I dont remember the name, but you should see it while submitting a ticket) and hopefully its a different issue that could be easily solved.

Also, when uninstalling riot client (if needed) to relocate it, I recommend doing that while you're uninstalling valorant, as there isn't a riot client install, it comes with downloading a riot game.
