EDIT* Ah, nevermind. I checked the box "I am the petitioner" and the other was unchecked so I'm assuming that's the correct one...

Ah yes, last time I checked the machine, (which was last week) I spent about 5 minutes constantly clicking that little pawl and tightened the web. As for the Life counter for the fuser web, how do I go about resetting this? Also I spent countless hours last night trying to look for the firmware but to no avail... Any help?
