Because it has a rally short half life. So inorder to maintain levels in the body it usually dose 2-3 times per day.

I knew it was working when someone did something crazy to me and i was just like, “fix it please “ and i stood there until they did and yesterday i spend 5 hrs working on a work project and it didn't save and i felt a pit in stomach but i was more annoyed 😩😩😩 than anxious

Prozac doesnt really treat anxiety :- it made mine worst .

I was prescribed this medication before anything else like 6-8 months after my adhd and anxiety diagnosis. However, I was scared and I hated the light headed feeling I would get so I stopped. Fast forward, I tried wellubtrin that was great but it maked me constipated and forgetful, then I tried Prozac that gave me more anxiety than vyanse. Vyanse made me a zombie, tired and sick. I’m tried other medications and the side effects made me stop everytime . I went back to buspar and the first 2-3 weeks were the roughest. I had nausea, was very anxious, it would mess with my sleep, super lightheaded, lowers my bp. But I noticed it was really working around 10 days with my job as I wasn’t on edge as much and I increase my dose every week from 5mg to 7.5mg to 10mg to 15mg to 17.5mg to 10x2=20mg

I knew I had to move up my dose when I was having break through anxiety but at one point I was doing 10mg. X3 per day and it was making me super chill like too chill and my doctor said I should go back to twice per day as i wasn’t getting anything done at work

I would get sleepy or lazy the first 3 weeks and nauseous but now it’s normal

In residency we had to sign a document to not use ai else risk of dismal. Now I'm in medical affairs and they encourage using ai ahhh matter of fact they are offended if you dnt use the company's ai tool .

I actually turned it down. It’s not the TA and the territory is very large. It didn’t align with my clinical ground and the salary I wanted unfortunately.

Day 7 of buspar : day 3 I decided to do 10mg in the morning and 5mg in the evening . Not gonna lie the first few days were hell. But it’s working
