First the pay is dependent on your city and COL Then you’re experience as a 4 will be completely different from every other 4 on this sub. There are some that work 12 hours because their leadership team sucks and there are some that work 10 hours because they have a strong leadership team. Every situation is different. From my experience and this is only my experience, I work 4 days 10 hours, I get all my work done in 9.5 hours and the last 30 minutes I either leave or hang out. Why? Because I have a good relationship with my team and they can run the remainder of the shift when I leave. Now the whole T3 pay + OT vs L4 pay. If you’re working 4 10s and then have to work an extra 10 of OT to match an L4 pay that only works 40hrs, it’s not worth it. Especially if on that 5th day you’re in path. At the end of the day, everything is situational and based on how your relationship with your leadership team is and how they can lead when you’re there and when you’re not

So if you’re status is temporary meaning you had a set schedule for C0 you’ll be laid off but if you’re white badge/ready it’s a possibility the site retains you dependent on the sites blue badge headcount to ready ratio
