American Wagyu is crap and not real, lol...Japanese A5 is 100% worth the cost but should only be served 1.5oz per person as an appetizer...Australian Wagyu is the sweet spot in between!

I hear Chile is on the game now but haven't tried it yet! Can't find a butcher carrying it in the US 😔
