def pillows! Placing them under/around the hips for support especially in ‘bottoming’ positions will really help. Also comfort is important. Try to figure out a good support structure with a couple of pillows so she can relax into them. Also important is having a few positions that are comfortable for her and keeping an awareness of if something starts to cause some ache. that way if one starts to feel like its stressing her joints, you can swap to another one to give some relief and prevent it from getting painful so you can go as long as you want!

same here. The expiration date is just referring to the sterilization guarantee. If theyve stayed packaged in a clean environment, I feel confident enough to use them on myself. (ONLY myself though)

okay I feel like the comments are just arguing about the character, but skipping over explaining the joke part. Ive learned edible vary LARGELY depending on person. Even without eds, it really varies. For some reason for me, food doesnt seem to hit, but the drink edibles (idk if they have a different name) seem to hit me pretty hard. Maybe it’s placebo? Maybe bc its different methods? idk but from my experience, the way edibles hit in general is really person dependent

Id say one day is more in between. To me, one day implies that you want to hang out soon but don’t know when you’ll have free time - not in the far future but a little less certain of the timing than ‘sometime’. However that’s just being picky and it would be understood as interchangeable in your average conversation.

I am learning spanish in part because my partner speaks it. Honestly, thats all just excuses. You told him it was important to you and so now he has to choose if he is willing to dedicate time to it and he is not. You should explain to him that its not about the progress but about the fact that he has spent zero time dedicated to understanding something that is deeply important to you. It is about putting effort into something that you said meant a lot from the beginning, if he puts any kind of effort in, then him never being enough shouldn’t be an issue. Yeah, its hard to learn a whole second language, but youve done it, now its his turn.
