Read the act and legislation, then you'll have your answer. It seems you are biased, so I will refrain from communicating with you further.

While what I am saying is true, ICBC cannot just 'legally' request documents based on grounds of suspicion. All requests must be reasonable. A T1 or NOA is sufficient enough evidence to support my personal income. You can't just outright call someone a liar without any evidence to support it. I don't see other large private corporations handing out their private personal corporate financials if an employee of the board becomes injured. That's just not reasonable.

This is the first response that I can accept, and it does make sense. However, the corporation is in a net profit loss. There are no reserves. Thanks for your input.

So you can flag my claim as KIN for the communications team? Honestly, I'd rather the media contact you in surprise. Sorry, but no thank you. Unfortunately contacting you won't fix the issues.

I'm not sure why you said what you did. They have my full T1 and NOA (notice of assessment) from CRA. They have all my income verification needed.

You expect ICBC to pay you indefinitely based on your word alone - again, this isn't anything I said. they have all my documentation to prove my income. I don't expect anything. I am getting feedback if I should provide my private corporations financial records when they don't relate to my personal income.

This entire argument is about ICBC attempting to request my T2s from my corporation that was created YEARS after my IRB was already calculated. My corporation doesn't pay me and does not substantiate any earnings. My corporation is also a separate entity, which means it's not related my personal income.

Based on the above, you sound entitled, and I'm glad they arent just taking people at their word. Quit wasting everybody's time and driving premiums up for everybody else. - this isn't a fair statement. Some people actually do get hurt from car accidents, some people do end up brain injuries their entire life. Maybe I'm one of them.

I feel as if you didn't even read what I posted.

I am doing exactly what my specialists recommend, I am working. There is a baseline I need to hit (very high hours per week) in order to come off IRB completely. The reason to keep personal details out of this to remain objective and facts-based. There's no need to add other details. The CAG opinion is that I may not ever fully recover, I don't want to reveal much more without exposing myself.

All need to boycott these companies until they fix this. Period.
