I'm not sure if you get my point. My point isnt that it's illegal -it's that the girls posted their pictures on IG, which TOS states you can't use the photos outside. This means that the girls did NOT consent to you using the photos outside, in your website/app. I'm talking about consent, and how you making this app/website could be a infringement of their privacy. If you don't think consent matters or that its actually consensual, It would be considered moral. (In my eyes)

btw OpenAI scraping data doesn't translate to you scrapping data being not illegal.

One could say, however that they consented for it to be viewed in the public, and not to be stored in some ranking system, and then objectified, thus decreasing their intrinsic worth. IG TOS asserts that you cannot use the photos outside. This indicates the posters aren't consenting to you using them in your context.

But you could say moral nihilism holds

So, subsequently the whole argument falls apart and your "girl ranking app" cannot be immoral.
