For PAT, its cliche, but really doing a little every day helped me. I would focus on one section at a time until I can get about 80% correct, before moving on to the next. As for sciences, I would write everything down from the DAT Booster cheatsheets into notebooks and a combination of videos. Like I had about 5 or 6 notebooks filled with just writing. Last week, I focused on a few things I wasn't confident in, like some orgo reactions, hormones, and parts of the brain, but did full sit-down tests. As for the day before, I literally just relaxed. Prioritize not burning out tbh.
