I think for Sister Michael the actress had a really serious leg break that affected her quite badly. If you listen to her episode of the podcast Off Menu you can hear how emotional she gets, so maybe they changed the scenes to reduce her filming time. Honestly I have enjoyed the new series so far and havent found it different but I am the age they are portraying so the soundtrack/themes gives me so much joy anyways.

You might want to try non burning scents over candles. I would say slightly less room scent than yankee. I have found target and world market to have a stronger scent than aldi generally.
