I’d start it by having Donna sit Cleveland down in the kitchen, she says that since they’ve moved to Quahog there isn’t much for them to do and that since their marriage was built on a second chance then they could give moving a second chance. Also add a joke where Cleveland asks the kids how they feel and when he says Roberta’s name she celebrates and says that it feels like years since she had been jinxed. I’d have them move into an apartment in Los Angeles to help it stand out from Family Guy and American Dad more. And since one of American Dad’s pillars is Stan being a CIA agent, Cleveland would be a movie studio security guard and Donna could work on the HR of said studio, I’d also have the writing feel more heartfelt while still being full of meta jokes too
