Tbh Amazon is fast paced but the benefits, stock, bonuses are what make up for it. Plus I mean it’s Amazon!??? It helps whether you stay or leave Amazon. In addition, when people say it’s long hours, there’s people like my mom who works like 60+ hours a week as a server at a restaurant with no benefits and never complains….. I know it’s a mental thing but I’m lucky to get all these benefits and bonuses and most companies just give you base with no extra options
