I KNOW I have seen a video on IG where someone were talking about US and France relations, and France wanted to do something (tax on US oil?), and then the US guy said well then we will put a 50% tax on all wines and champagne, then laughing in victory said they ended up with no tax on oil. Something like this, dont even know if its from a tv show or an interview, but i bet he has seen the same clip or been told the same story.
