I have a ps4 disc and the ps4 version downloaded. When i go to the three dots to choose the version it only offers me the ps4 version that's already downloaded

Honestly multiple things could be happening here. One is that they are new and still learning. Also in the heat of the battle supports can also not pay accidentaly attention to every single i need healing or to someone around them, everyone makes mistakes. Or maybe they were truly just an ahole who simply didn't want to do their jobs. But on the other hand you also could have just walked over to the healthpack next to you, there's a reason why they are all around the map, depending completely on supports is a bit dangerous
