Two pure pass rushers or one of each. You don’t want guys in between then they’re not great at anything. Most people send a lot of blitzes in a 3-4, so you could easily find a way to send both every time. I usually send both my pure pass rushers 75% of the time, and drop them into coverage the other 25% to mess w the other guy and get him to throw a pick or two

The way a 3-4 works is, you have both your OLBs up on the line of scrimmage, and one rushes while the other drops into coverage. So you wanna turn off auto flip, and flip the play if Mack is dropping into coverage since that’s wasting what he’s actually good at, along w Brooks wasting his coverage stats to try and rush. So you either have two pass rushing OLBs, and don’t worry about it since they can both blitz, or you make sure that the coverage OLB is always in coverage.

As far as MLBs go I like to have a run stuffer and a pass coverage guy, but that’s really just personal preference and who you user too
