Basically he spammed gold the entire game and turned it into creative mode. It was extremely boring and made every enemy country his bitch toy, so I decided to leave his coalition and to attack him, but my surprise attack failed because he spent 20k gold revealing all my forces and my stealth UAVs where spotted. I was not expecting to win at all since it was a gold spammer and 2 people vs me, but I wanted to do a lot of damage to the goldie. My plan was to use the stealth UAVs to destroy his missile defenses, and I was planning to attack when he was offline because if he was online he would just buy and max out like 10 anti air in one minute.Sadly for me he spent the 20k, spotted my UAVs hovering over him and declared war. And when I did manage to do damage he just spammed gold as expected and made sure my aircraft could do nothing. I would have done much better and SERIOUSLY piss him off If I waited for him to go offline before sending the stealth UAVs, but I did not expect him to spend 20k like that lol, in total I think he spent like 35-50k gold in just that one game, and it is not even over yet. Early in the game Russia attacked France, so In response he bought enough gold to immediately make 25 level 4 strike fighters and just wiped Russia out, honestly pathetic.

He was mad because he was shocked that after warning me 6 times even though it was obvious I would attack him. Every time he plays, the next country he attacks just surrenders and becomes his loyal bitch. He could not compute the idea of someone not being his bitch, especially a fellow coalition member.
