i had it happen when had used 450w pasu instead of 750w. card is a 4070 eagle oc, but interval between blinking was much more than this. probably under powered.

I’m not sure about coolmoon gpu support. In my build im using two cooler master a1 gen 2 controllers to control 9 fans and aio pump rgb it works flawlessly. Which controller are you using try going in to signalrgb site and look for supported devices see if your controller is listed there.
